Utility (XLU)	Primary - Trend is positive-   Short-Term Leading  is positive

Market participants view the current Four Trend Reports to identify the long-term trend and view shorter-term moves swirling around that tend.  These reports are visualizations of sets of two long-term and two shorter-term trends.  Usually, the shorter-term trend positions define oversold or overbought conditions. These reports also show major trend changes as they develop.
