What personally identifiable information Quacera, LLC collects
Quacera, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected by Quacera, LLC. Quacera, LLC collects information from our clients and subscribers at several different points either in required personal information gathered from clients or on our web site, www.quacera.com.
Registration
In order to access the membership areas of our web site, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information including name and email address. We use this information to ensure account security and uniqueness and to contact a user in case a problem occurs. In addition, registered users must provide payment information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only. Profile
A profile is stored information that is kept on individual clients & subscribers that details their investment preferences and is then used for asset management purposes. Quacera, LLC does not use stored user settings for marketing purposes. Client or subscriber settings (default investment settings, favorite lists, etc.) are kept solely for the purpose of customizing our paying users' visits. We do not share your profile with other third parties.
Cookies

For the session ID cookie, once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Clear gif's are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to track the online movements of web users. Quacera, LLC does not use clear gif's.
Communications for Quacera, LLC
Account Administration
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their email address and password. Paying members will also receive a reminder email when their account is about to expire. Members who choose our monthly auto-renew feature will also receive an email message if their credit card is about to expire. We also send a final message to expired members just before their account is permanently erased. Users cannot opt-out of this type of messages, though they can deactivate their account.
Quacera, LLC Newsletters & Blogs
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for their email address. Out of respect for our users' privacy, we provide a way to opt-out of these communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is interrupted for a prolonged period we might send all users an email message. Users cannot opt-out of this type of messages, though they can deactivate their account.
